Janet Raymond brings more than 15 years of professional experience to her role as Sales & Marketing Division Manager. In this capacity, she is responsible for leading the company’s new business development initiatives, establishing partnerships with key industry stakeholders, expanding the organization’s national footprint and increasing market awareness. In addition to these critical roles, Ms. Raymond also spearheads the company’s client service functions to develop the internal culture, processes and training programs necessary to bring customers more value, deliver a positive lifetime customer experience and ultimately increase long-term customer satisfaction.
Through her career, Ms. Raymond has held a variety of management positions with health care administration, life science and industrial service organizations where her innovative customer solutions and strong interpersonal skills resulted in better relationships with clients. Her professional expertise includes sales, large account management, strategic planning, project and contract management, customer service, employee training and public speaking. Before joining MiraVista, Ms. Raymond served as an Account Executive at Mid America Clinical Laboratories and a Program Manager at InteCare, Inc., a URAC accredited and 501 (c) non-profit managed care organization for the Indiana Medicaid Administrative Claiming Program. Earlier in her career, she also served as one of the highest performing sales representatives, Regional Manager and Operations Manager at K+S Services in Detroit.
Ms. Raymond studied speech communication and business at the University of Tennessee-Knoxville where she received a bachelor’s of science degree. In addition, she has augmented her education and professional experience with extensive training in business leadership, sales, management and customer service.
